The importance of staying physically fit during COVID-19

Most of society understands the importance of maintaining a decent diet, and trying to remain, or become physically fit. Multiple studies shows, how exercising, and trying to implement healthy changes to one diet can improve one quality of life. During today current COVID-19 pandemic, a good mount of people who with weak immune systems, pre-existing conditions and just unhealthy lifestyles are subjected to fatal results if contacted with COVID-19. I say all of this to remind those who haven’t undergone a healthy life transformation, to please consider implementing alternative measures regarding physical fitness, fruits, vegetables and more.  With today situation all physical fitness facilities, such as commercial, private, and government fitness centers have been closed until further notice. One would imagine that when the fitness centers open back to normal operations, their will be more state and local guidelines enforced until more states see more negative amounts of COVID-19 cases go down.  One great counter measure for those during this pandemic, while sheltering in place, is to incorporate at home exercise programs, and regiments. Digital platforms, like YouTube, Amazon Prime and more have thousands of exercise regiment videos that will satisfy beginners, intermediate, and advance level individuals. Even if one decides to only exercise three times a week, that’s still better than not exercising at all.
