LIVING IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES WILL BE THE NEW NORM FOR THE USA

The unfortunate events of COVID-19 in 2020 has definitely put the world economy in a different position. As the world forum stated that the world economy in 2020 has had a global reset. The global reset involves more business being done on the internet business meetings are being conducted online. Delivery services such as all retail products, grocery store delivery, and restaurant delivery services and so much more. For the last ten years from 2010 to 2020, there has been a great migration of people and corporations leaving California and New York states like Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Florida, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas. Before the COVID-19 pandemic the overcrowded, overpriced, and high crime rates major cities have lost the ambiance that they once had. Also with inflation and salary caps with most professional jobs are becoming the norm. The idea of people working two jobs having high student loan payments 2500 to 300 dollar mortgage monthly payments, 300 to 600 dollar monthly car payments doesn’t seem sustainable anymore in the United States of America. This is why more working people are moving to no income taxed states or states where the cost of living is more reasonable and earning six-figure income is more likely. Also, the average American salary ranges from 35,000 to 70,000 dollars a year. With the average cost of rent being between 1300 to 2000 nationwide in most metropolitan areas. Economic sustainability will not be possible for working people if their only income means are from a job. The economic future belongs to business owners and investors. So while corporations and working people move to places like Dallas, Austin, TX, Atlanta, GA, etc. Eventually, regular working people who only make a living solely from a monthly employment income. With be priced out of those major cities. Now with the new global reset more white-collar workers business owners and investors may choose in large numbers to move to third-world countries where the cost of living much cheaper than living in Texas, Georgia, Carolinas, etc.

For example areas like Central/South America, all Caribbean islands, African parts of Southeast Asia have and will continue to have an increase of Americans and Europeans moving to these countries.
This is all due to the increase of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increase of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increase of the online economy. For example, if one yearly salary consists of 40,000 dollars or even up to 100,000 dollars a year land the cost of rent averages 400 to 800 dollars a month, and their utilities are cut in half compared to the United States. Or if a business owner/investor or high-income earner can purchase property with cash and do not have to pay property taxes, then that kind of incentive may increase more people to not only move to foreign countries to live in while working for an employer. But less to no taxes will incentivize working people in the age ranges of 55 to 70 years old will want to retire in foreign countries. Regardless of one opinion with more and more generations connecting to foreign countries by 2030 more and American Communities will start growing all over the world, if incomes do not meet the current trajectory of today and tomorrow inflation.
