We all within not only the United States of America (USA) but the world has seen global protest.  These protests have been in response to the murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor. For the most part, the protest have been very peaceful. There have been unfortunate incidents, such as riots, and additional incidents from police departments, and protesters all at the same time. The other caveat to all these interesting times is that there have been situations where police officers and national guards personnel prayed, talked, and formed certain levels of understanding. Cities, states, and corporations across the United States of America, have responded in numerous ways. Law enforcement and military efforts have been implemented and increased. Corporations and celebrities like Michael Jordan, NIKE, and Bank of America have decided to donate millions of dollars to African American organizations, and open up more employment opportunities within the African American community. Numerous amounts of mega-corporations, and small family businesses have been affected, by the riots and the lack of customers due to the COVID-19 stay at home orders. Restlessness, anger, confusion has turned into love, compassion, and a sense of togetherness throughout the world. When horrific things occur, ether two things are going to happen in this world. Ether people will look for reasons for things to get worse, or people will look and find a positive way to make things better. From the appearance of things, people are finding more reasons to come together, for the good. People are looking for reasons to develop levels of understanding with one another. The United States U.S. economy in a sense is restructuring, and re-branding it’s self without most working people even knowing of its restructuring. The effects of the unrest, uncertainty, and anger that people, especially millennial's, Gen Z, and the Cloud generations are facing from an economic perspective is looking bleak for lots of working people.  The year 2020 is considered one of the best and easiest times to start a business within not only the U.S. but throughout the entire world. Especially if one has access to the internet, some financial capital, and as always the right mindset. One has even seen street gangs come together, due to the death of George Floyd.  One thing that I would love to see is more people, especially street gangs come together, stop committing crimes, and start working together. The number one thing we as a society need to learn with today 2020 current events, is this. Separation from one another will only work for the few in society. However, working together for not only the greater good, but from an economic perspective, then and only then can true change take place. United we stand, divided we fall family.
